Common use of Licence to Software/Firmware Clause in Contracts

Licence to Software/Firmware. Customer will be licensed to use any third party software and/or firmware forming part of, or supplied with, the Goods on the relevant manufacturer's or software developer's licence terms (as supplied with the Goods or otherwise notified by Windcave to Customer). Customer must comply with all such licence terms;
