Licence to the Consultant. MLA grants the Consultant a non-exclusive, royalty free licence (excluding the right to sub-licence) to use the Project IP and the Intellectual Property Rights in the MLA Material solely for the purpose of enabling the Consultant to provide the Services during the term of this Agreement.
