LICENCES AND CONSENTS. 8.2.1 All licences, consents, Authorisations, orders, warrants, confirmations, permissions, certificates, approvals, registrations and authorities (“Licences”) necessary for the carrying on of the businesses of the Company as now carried on, have been obtained and neither the Company, nor any of its officers or employees has committed any criminal offence or any breach of the requirements or conditions of any Law or other obligation relating to the Company or the carrying on of its business. 8.2.2 There is no investigation, enquiry or proceeding outstanding or anticipated which is likely to result in the suspension, cancellation, modification or revocation of any Licence. 8.2.3 None of the Licences has been breached or is likely to be suspended, modified or revoked (whether as a result of the entry into or completion of this Agreement or otherwise).
