Licences of Intellectual Property Rights. 40.1. The Supplier grants to the Purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable, fully paid up, royalty free licence to use any software which is an integral part of the Goods. 40.2. To the extent that such software belongs to, or is subject to rights of, a third party, the Supplier must ensure the grant to the Purchaser of an equally extensive licence to use the software.
