IMPLEMENTATION OF ADJUSTED FRAMEWORK PRICES. 9.1 Variations in accordance with the provisions of this Framework Schedule 3 to all or part the Framework Prices (as the case may be) shall be made by the Authority to take effect:
IMPLEMENTATION OF ADJUSTED FRAMEWORK PRICES.
6.1 Variations in accordance with the provisions of this Framework Schedule 3 to the Framework Prices shall be made by the Authority to take effect:
6.1.1 on the Adjustment Date where an adjustment is made in accordance with paragraph 3.1.3; or
6.1.2 in accordance with Clause 31.2 of the Framework Agreement where an adjustment is made in accordance with paragraph 3.1.1; or
6.1.3 where the Supplier notifies the Authority in accordance with Paragraph
3.2 that it is able to decrease the Framework Prices; on 30 April for assessments made on 31 March, 31 July for assessments made on 30 June, 31 October for assessments made on 30 September, and 31 January for assessments made on 31 December, and the Supplier shall amend the Framework Prices shown in this Framework Schedule 3 to reflect such variations.
IMPLEMENTATION OF ADJUSTED FRAMEWORK PRICES. 8.1. Variations in accordance with the provisions of this Framework Schedule 3 to the Framework Prices shall be made by the Authority to take effect:
8.1.1. in accordance with Clause 29.2 of the Framework Agreement where an adjustment is made in accordance with paragraph 8.1.1; or
8.1.2. where the Supplier notifies the Authority in accordance with paragraph 8.1.2 (as applicable) that it is able to decrease the Framework Prices, on 1 June for assessments made on 1 May and on 1 January for assessments made on 1 December, or
8.1.3. in accordance with the provisions of Framework Schedule 7 (Value for Money), and the Supplier shall amend the Framework Prices shown in its Tender and this Framework Schedule 3 to reflect such variations.
8.2. For the avoidance of doubt any change to the Framework Prices implemented pursuant to this Framework Agreement 3 (Charging Structure) are made independently of, and shall not affect the Charges payable by a Contracting Body under a Call Off Agreement in force at the time a change to the Framework Prices is implemented.
8.3. Any variation to the Charges payable under a Call Off Agreement must be agreed between the Supplier and the relevant Contracting Body and implemented in accordance with the provisions applicable to the Call Off Agreement.
1. AWARD PROCEDURE
1.1. If the Authority or any Other Contracting Body decides to source the Goods and/or Services through this Framework Agreement then it will award its Goods and/or Services Requirements in accordance with the procedure in this Framework Schedule 5 (Call Off Procedure) and the requirements of the Regulations and the Guidance. For the purposes of this Framework Schedule 5, “Guidance” shall mean any guidance issued or updated by the UK Government from time to time in relation to the Regulations.
IMPLEMENTATION OF ADJUSTED FRAMEWORK PRICES. 4.1 Variations to the Framework Prices in accordance with the provisions of this Schedule 2 (Price Schedule) shall take effect on the Adjustment Date.
4.2 Where the Contractor notifies the Authority in accordance with Paragraph 2 (Adjustment of the Framework Prices) that it is able to decrease the Framework Prices, the Contractor shall amend the Framework Prices shown in this Schedule 2 (Price Schedule) to reflect such variations.
IMPLEMENTATION OF ADJUSTED FRAMEWORK PRICES. 8.1 Variations in accordance with the provisions of this Framework Schedule 3 to all or part the Framework Prices (as the case may be) shall be made by the Authority to take effect:
8.1.1 in accordance with Clause 16.2 (Legislative Change) where an adjustment to the Framework Prices is made in accordance with paragraph 5.1.1 of this Framework Schedule;
8.1.2 in accordance with paragraph 3.3.3 and 4.8 of Framework Schedule 12 (Continuous Improvement and Benchmarking) where an adjustment to the Framework Prices is made in accordance with paragraph 5.1.2 of this Framework Schedule 3; or
8.1.3 on 1 June for assessments made on 1 May and on 1 January for assessments made on 1 December where an adjustment to the Framework Prices is made in accordance with paragraph 5.1.3 of this Framework Schedule 3 ; or
IMPLEMENTATION OF ADJUSTED FRAMEWORK PRICES. 5.1 Variations to the Framework Prices will take effect on a date determined by CCS.
5.2 Variations do not affect the Charges payable by a Client under a Call-Off Contract which had already been agreed before the variation takes effect.
5.3 Any variation to the Charges payable under a Call-Off Contract must be agreed in writing between the Agency and the relevant Client and implemented in accordance with the provisions applicable to the Call-Off Contract.

4.3 For the avoidance of doubt any change to the Framework Prices implemented pursuant to this Schedule 2 (Price Schedule) is made independently of, and shall not affect the Charges payable by, a Framework Public Body under a Call-Off Contract in force at the time a change to the Framework Prices is implemented.
4.4 Any variation to the Charges payable under a Call-Off Contract must be agreed between the Contractor and the relevant Framework Public Body and implemented in accordance with the relevant Call-Off Contract. For the avoidance of doubt any change to the Framework Prices implemented pursuant to this Framework Agreement 4 (Charging Structure) are made independently of, and shall not affect the Charges payable by a Contracting Body under a Call-Off Agreement in force at the time a change to the Framework Prices is implemented.
