Licencing Fees. (a) NAV CANADA shall reimburse an employee for his or her payment of fees incurred in obtaining and maintaining a Medical Certificate or its replacement, including but not limited to electrocardiograms, specialists’ results and X-Rays, provided the employee requires a Medical Certificate for the performance of his or her duties.
