Common use of Licencing Fees Clause in Contracts

Licencing Fees. (a) NAV CANADA shall reimburse an employee for his or her payment of fees incurred in obtaining and maintaining a Medical Certificate or its replacement, including but not limited to electrocardiograms, specialists’ results and X-Rays, provided the employee requires a Medical Certificate for the performance of his or her duties. (b) Operational requirements permitting, an employee is protected against any loss of normal pay in order to undergo such examinations including reasonable expenses for necessary travel outside of the employee’s headquarters area. (c) NAV CANADA shall reimburse an employee for his or her payment of fees incurred in obtaining and maintaining an Air Traffic Control licence or endorsement.
