Installation and AccessLicensor will make the Licensed Fibers available to Licensee no later than October 1, 2019. Licensee acknowledges that it must install any electronic and optronic equipment or other facilities necessary to utilize the Licensed Fibers and that service cannot commence until such Licensee equipment and facilities have been installed and are functioning.
Installation and AccessCustomer agrees that EPB, its employees, contractors, and agents may enter the Premises where the Services are provided and/or EPB Equipment is installed at reasonable times for the purposes of installing, adjusting, repairing, replacing, maintaining, upgrading, moving, auditing, or removing any EPB Equipment, as necessary. A Sales Agreement shall be reviewed by EPB to determine whether facilities need to be built or upgraded to provide the Services and/or EPB Equipment to the Premises. EPB may charge an installation fee in order to provide the Services and EPB Equipment. Customer represents that you either own the Premises or have the proper rights and permissions from the Premises owner to grant EPB access to perform the activities specified above. Customer also agrees to allow access for the purpose of checking the operation and performance of the Services and EPB Equipment. Customer may always ask for proper identification anytime an EPB employee, contractor, or agent requests entry to the Premises. If identification is not provided, please do not allow access to the Premises.
Installation and Access. Subject to Section 3.2, Provider will cause the System to be designed, engineered, installed and constructed at the System Site in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Upon advance notice to Host’s Director of Facilities, Host shall grant Provider with continuous, reasonable access to the Site throughout the Term of this Agreement to conduct activities necessary to perform its responsibilities in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein. Subject to all rights to cure, Host material disruption of Provider’s access prior to COD may extend the COD accordingly, and following COD shall be a Host Default as that term is defined in Section 11.1.

If the installation and maintenance of Service are requested at premises that, in XxxxXxxxx.Xxx's sole discretion, are or may become hazardous or dangerous to our employees, the public or property, XxxxXxxxx.Xxx may refuse to install and maintain such Service. You represent that you either own the Premises or have the proper rights and permissions from the Premises owner to grant XxxxXxxxx.Xxx access to perform the activities specified above. A Commercial Sales Agreement may be required by CU Fiber when facilities need to be built or upgraded to provide the Services and/or CU Fiber Equipment to the Premises. CU Fiber may charge an installation fee in order to provide the Services and CU Fiber Equipment under this Agreement or under a Commercial Sales Agreement. Customer represents that you either own the Premises or have the proper rights and permissions from the Premises owner to grant CU Fiber access to perform the activities specified above. Customer also agrees to allow access for the purpose of checking the operation and performance of the Services and CU Fiber Equipment. Customer may always ask for proper identification anytime a CU Fiber employee, contractor, service provider, or agent requests entry to the Premises. If proper identification is not provided, please do not allow access to the Premises.
Installation and AccessCustomer agrees that KUB, its employees, contractors, and agents may enter the Premises where the Services are provided and/or KUB Equipment is installed at reasonable times for the purposes of installing, adjusting, repairing, replacing, maintaining, upgrading, moving, auditing, or removing any KUB Equipment, as necessary. A Sales Agreement shall be reviewed by KUB to determine whether facilities need to be built or upgraded to provide the Services and/or KUB Equipment to the Premises. KUB may charge an installation fee in order to provide the Services and KUB Equipment. Customer represents that you either own the Premises or have the proper rights and permissions from the Premises owner to xxxxx XXX access to perform the activities specified above. Customer also agrees to allow access for the purpose of checking the operation and performance of the Services and KUB Equipment. Installation and AccessProperty Owner hereby authorizes, empowers and grants access and a license to Silicon Travel to perform or cause to be performed the work necessary to fulfill the terms of this Agreement, including but not limited to installation, maintenance, inspection, testing, and repair of the Computer Equipment in the rental property.
