Installation and Access. Licensor will make the Licensed Fibers available to Licensee no later than August 1, 2019. Licensee acknowledges that it must install any electronic and optronic equipment or other facilities necessary to utilize the Licensed Fibers and that service cannot commence until such Licensee equipment and facilities have been installed and are functioning.

A Sales Agreement shall be reviewed by EPB to determine whether facilities need to be built or upgraded to provide the Services and/or EPB Equipment to the Premises. EPB may charge an installation fee in order to provide the Services and EPB Equipment. Customer represents that you either own the Premises or have the proper rights and permissions from the Premises owner to grant EPB access to perform the activities specified above. Customer also agrees to allow access for the purpose of checking the operation and performance of the Services and EPB Equipment. Customer may always ask for proper identification anytime an EPB employee, contractor, or agent requests entry to the Premises. If identification is not provided, please do not allow access to the Premises.
Installation and Access. 3.1 You authorise ZECO Energy to:
(a) Attend Your Premises to undertake a pre-Installation inspection (if required) to determine the location of Your PV and/or Energy Storage System, as well as to determine whether any Additional Costs are applicable;
(b) Complete and submit, on your behalf, the Special Connection Request form (or any other relevant form) required by the Distributor to connect Your System to the Distribution System;
(c) Undertake the Installation; and

Subject to Section 3.2, Provider will cause the System to be designed, engineered, installed and constructed at the System Site in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Upon advance notice to Host’s Director of Facilities, Host shall grant Provider with continuous, reasonable access to the Site throughout the Term of this Agreement to conduct activities necessary to perform its responsibilities in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein. Subject to all rights to cure, Host material disruption of Provider’s access prior to COD may extend the COD accordingly, and following COD shall be a Host Default as that term is defined in Section 11.1.

If the installation and maintenance of Service are requested at premises that, in XxxxXxxxx.Xxx's sole discretion, are or may become hazardous or dangerous to our employees, the public or property, XxxxXxxxx.Xxx may refuse to install and maintain such Service. Installation and Access. CUSTOMER hereby grants to Seiontec Systems (subject to any necessary governmental or third-party approvals) reasonable access to the premise(s) to review, install, inspect, maintain and repair all necessary Equipment (as well as permission to enter the premise(s) for the exercise of such right) to receive the Service. Such access shall include landlord permission, when applicable. Seiontec Systems reserves the right to perform an engineering review of the premise(s) prior to installation. The CUSTOMER shall be responsible, at its own expense, for all site preparation activities necessary for installation of the Service, as set forth herein, including the relocation of the CUSTOMER’S equipment, as necessary, to access the Service. To ensure proper installation of the Service, CUSTOMER may be required to provide Seiontec Systems with accurate physical network diagrams and/or maps. Seiontec Systems may schedule installation visits with the CUSTOMER as necessary. The CUSTOMER’S authorized representative must be present during site visits.
Installation and Access. 2.1 ParentMail shall make available for use the Software to the Organisation.
2.2 ParentMail shall provide a verification email and unique activation code to allow the creation of the Organisation’s administrator login and password.
Installation and Access. 6.1 Subject to the Business Owner complying with its obligations under clauses 6.2 and 7, Xsights must install the Equipment at the Premises on or before the Installation Date or such other date as the parties agree,
6.2 The Business Owner must permit and enable Xsights and its agents at all reasonable times during the Term to enter upon the Premises to view, inspect, repair, maintain, service, operate and remove the Equipment. xxxxxxx.xxx.xx 7 Wiring, Electrical Current and Wifi
7.1 The Business Owner must, at its sole cost, ensure the availability of:
a) the supply of electricity to the Equipment; and
b) WiFi at the Premises for use by Xsights and its representatives in connection with the use of the Equipment.
7.2 The Business Owner is solely responsible for ensuring the availability of, and must pay for, all electricity and power used by the Equipment and is responsible for the continuance of availability of the electric current to the Equipment.
7.3 Xsights shall not be responsible for radio or television interference with the Equipment.
