Common use of License and Equipment Fees Clause in Contracts

License and Equipment Fees. Buyer shall pay Seller the fees for the HPC License, the Informatics Software License and the Equipment in accordance with the Pricing Sheet. In the event Buyer does not make the payments due to Seller when due in accordance with Annex 1.5.4, Seller shall have the right but not the obligation to terminate the licenses granted to Buyer in Sections 17.1 and 17.2. Seller shall inform Buyer of such termination and no later than [***] after receiving such notice, Buyer shall cease use of the Equipment in HPC Mode.
