Subject of Contract. 1. The subject of this Contract is the Storage Operator’s commitment to store the agreed quantity of gas under the agreed terms on the one hand, and the Storage User’s commitment to deliver and take the agreed quantity of gas intended for storage under the agreed terms and to pay the contract price for storage on the other hand.
2. Storage Capacity under this Contract has been reserved based on the confirmed results of the auction on ………………. organised by the Storage Operator pursuant to the Auction Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Auction").
Subject of Contract. 1.1) According to this contract, the Seller shall sell to the Buyer laser engraving products (hereinafter called the GOODS) as per invoice and price agreed upon the Parties. The Buyer shall accept and pay the Goods a price agreed by the Parties.
1.2) In case of decrease of demand for the products produced by the Seller on the market the Buyer has right to return the products back to the Seller with the same price as it was bought.
1.3) The property right for the Goods as well as risk of loss or damage shall be passed to the Buyer from the date the Buyer accepted the Goods from the Seller.
Subject of Contract. 1. The subject of this Contract is the Storage Operator’s commitment to store the agreed quantity of natural gas under the agreed terms on the one hand, and the Storage User’s commitment to deliver and take the agreed quantity of natural gas intended for storage under the agreed terms and to pay the contract price for storage on the other hand.
2. Storage capacity as per this Contract has been booked based on the confirmed results of an auction held on organized by the Storage Operator in accordance with the terms and conditions of an auction (hereinafter also referred to as the "Auction"), wherewith the Storage User has become acquainted and has consented to (hereinafter also referred to as the "Auction Terms and Conditions" – Annex No. 2 of this Contract).
Subject of Contract. 1. Based on mutual agreement, the Partner undertakes to implement the following activities according to the current needs and possibilities of the entities:
1.1 prepare conditions for the transfer of top expertise and involve the experts from the Faculty into the research projects and innovation processes in the Partner institutions,
1.2 declare the opportunity to participate in joint research,
1.3 enable excursions of the Faculty students in the Partner institution,
1.4 confirm the possibility of internship of the Faculty graduates in a training center of the Partner institution,
1.5 allow the presentation of the Faculty in the Partner institution,
1.6 provide the Faculty graduates with the information about job vacancies in the Partner institution prior to publishing the job advertisements,
1.7 confirm the option for the Faculty students to elaborate the final theses for the Partner institution,
1.8 confirm the option of recording the technological processes in Partner institutions, or provide recordings of technological processes used exclusively for the Faculty educational purposes and their use in the teaching/learning process at the Faculty.
2. Faculty undertakes to implement the following activities regarding the current needs and possibilities of the entities, based on the mutual agreement:
2.1 enable presentation of the Partner institution on the Faculty premises,
2.2 provide a free presentation space for the Partner institution on the Faculty premises,
2.3 provide the Partner institution with the information on the education and research orientation of the Faculty, focusing on the Faculty areas of expertise,
2.4 submit a set of the Faculty study programmes to the Partner with the aim to adapt the programmes to the practice requirements, and provide the improved Faculty graduate profile to a selected Partner institution,
2.5 inform the Partner institution about the Faculty activities,
2.6 enable free registration of the Partner institution in the Faculty civic associations (portal for the Faculty graduates and stakeholders) Bank of Quality – Alumni MTF STU,
2.7 utilise recordings of technology processes from the Partner institution solely for educational purposes in the MTF with strict adherence to the safety and security protection of the external environment.

Subject of Contract. 3.1 During the term of this Agreement, the Seller shall sell and the Buyer shall buy, accept and pay for, the Materials in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
3.2 Quantity, quality, price, amount and time of each shipment of the Materials will be specified in the relevant Specification which shall be entered into by the Buyer and the Seller from time to time and form an integral part hereof.
Subject of Contract. The Contractor hereby agrees to process, at its cost, for the Client, an analysis of delivered 400 amplicon samples of bark beetle subfamily. The exact scope of the work is defined in Annex 1 – Technical Specification, forming an integral part hereof.

Subject of Contract. The Contractor hereby agrees to process, at its cost, for the Client, an RNA analysis of 65 samples of bark beetle, subfamily lps typographus. The exact scope of the work is defined in Annex 1- Technical Specification, forming an integral part hereof.
Subject of Contract. 3.1 The HMC premises, spaces, facilities, etc. as specified in the contract are provided on condition that the officially approved escape routes and seating and/or hall plans, including the specified number of persons, for the purpose specified by the Organiser and confirmed by HMC.
3.2 The Organiser shall submit detailed Event plans to HMC. For the purposes of smooth preparation and execution of the Event, the Organiser shall provide HMC with comprehensive information on the programme for the planned Event, the services required, the organisational and technical details, the admission times, the assembly and disassembly times, the breaks and space allocation no later than eight weeks before the beginning of the Event, at least in textual form. The "Mandatory Information Form / Event Description" for the Event must be completed by the Organiser and received by HMC at least eight weeks before the start of the Event. For seated Events with advance ticket sales, the specific space allocation (seating plan) shall be agreed with HMC before the start of advance ticket sales. The completion and due submission of the "Mandatory Information Form / Event Description" are material contractual duties of the Organiser. Any failure or delay on the part of the Organiser regarding these duties may lead to restrictions in respect of the Event. In case of Events agreed upon at short notice, i.e. where there are less than eight weeks between the establishment of the contractual relationship and Event execution, the above event information must be submitted immediately.
3.3 A contractually binding, final seating plan/hall layout plan shall be established by the parties at least four weeks before the beginning of the Event. Any designated seats for HMC representatives, police officers, fire crew, paramedic staff and security services staff must be kept free and provided free of charge. HMC will provide plans of the venue for the Organiser, showing the usable spaces. The Organiser shall enter into the plans the spaces to be occupied during the Event, and submit the duly completed plans to HMC at least four weeks before the beginning of the Event for examination and approval.
3.4 Any changes to or inside the venue, especially relating to the purpose of use or to the escape routes and seating plans/hall layout plans involving a fixed number of attendees, is subject to prior approval by HMC in textual form.
