License and Ownership (a) The Software provided by Mirantis as part of the Subscription Services are governed by license(s) contained or referenced in the Exhibit(s); (b) neither party has the right to use the other party’s marks provided that Mirantis may use Customer’s name and logo for the sole purpose of identifying Customer as a Mirantis customer; and (c) notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement or an Order Form, the ideas, methods, concepts, know-how, structures, techniques, inventions, developments, processes, discoveries, improvements and other information and materials developed in and during the course of any Services may be used by Mirantis, without an obligation to account (financially or otherwise), in any way Mirantis deems appropriate, including by or for itself or its customers or partners.
Ownership and License in Deliverables Unless otherwise specified in a specific Purchase Order concerning procurement of a SaaS product:
RESERVATION OF RIGHTS AND OWNERSHIP Arctic Wolf owns, or has the right to license, the Solutions, any associated Documentation (“Arctic Wolf Technology”). Customer acknowledges and agrees that (a) the Arctic Wolf Technology is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws, (b) Arctic Wolf retains all right, title and interest (including, without limitation, all patent, copyright, trade secret and other intellectual property rights) in and to the Arctic Wolf Technology, excluding any rights, title, and interest in any Third Party Products (as defined in Section 12.3 below) which shall be retained by its third party licensor(s), any other deliverables, any and all related and underlying technology and any derivative works or modifications of any of the foregoing, including, without limitation, any Feedback, (c) there are no implied licenses and any rights not expressly granted to Customer hereunder are reserved by Arctic Wolf, (d) the Solution, excluding Professional Services, is licensed on a subscription basis, not sold, and Customer acquires no ownership or other interest (other than the license rights expressly stated herein) in or to the Arctic Wolf Technology, and
Risk and Ownership C14.1 Subject to clause C13 above, risk in the Goods shall, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies of the Authority (including the Authority’s rights and remedies under clause C16 below) pass to the Authority when delivery is completed to the Authority’s reasonable satisfaction.
Ownership Rights Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as (a) establishing or granting to Registry Operator any property ownership rights or interests of Registry Operator in the TLD or the letters, words, symbols or other characters making up the TLD string, or (b) affecting any existing intellectual property or ownership rights of Registry Operator.
Intellectual Property Rights and Ownership 5.1. You acknowledge that all Intellectual Property Rights (including any new Intellectual Property Rights) arising out of or in connection with the Access Products and associated Documentation, belong at all times to Us or Our licensors.
Ownership and License 5.1 Unless otherwise specified in a SOW and except as provided in Section 5.2, Cisco is the sole and exclusive owner of all Deliverables and Supplier hereby irrevocably assigns and transfers to Cisco all of its worldwide right and title to, and interest in, the Deliverables, including all associated Intellectual Property Rights.
