License Bring-Down Certificates. At Closing, ALHC shall deliver to AUSA bring-down certificates evidencing the status of each of the Governmental Licenses (as defined in Section 2.6) and other licenses listed on Section 3.21 of the ALHC Disclosure Schedule. Each such certificate shall be dated no earlier than the 10th day prior to the Closing Date.
