Common use of License by Customer to Use Feedback Clause in Contracts

License by Customer to Use Feedback. Customer grants to Fresh Relevance a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate into the Services and/or the System any suggestion, enhancement request, recommendation, correction or other feedback provided by Customer.

License by Customer to Use Feedback. Customer grants to Fresh Relevance ENDGRATE and its Affiliates a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use use, distribute, disclose, and make and incorporate into the Services and/or the System its services any suggestion, enhancement request, recommendation, correction correction, or other feedback provided by CustomerCustomer or Users relating to the operation of ENDGRATE’s or its Affiliates’ services.

License by Customer to Use Feedback. Customer grants to Fresh Relevance Company and its Affiliates a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use use, distribute, disclose, and make and incorporate into the Services and/or the System its services any suggestion, enhancement request, recommendation, correction or other feedback provided by CustomerCustomer or Users relating to the operation of Company’s or its Affiliates’ services.

License by Customer to Use Feedback. Customer grants to Fresh Relevance Intuit and its Affiliates a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate into the Services and/or the System any suggestion, enhancement request, recommendation, correction or other feedback provided by CustomerCustomer or Users relating to the operation or use of the Services. With respect to Users who are students, who may provide Feedback, any Personal Data contained therein, shall be subject to Section 7.3.

Customer grants to Fresh Relevance DELIVERAIN and its Affiliates a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate into the Services and/or the System its services any suggestion, enhancement request, recommendation, correction or other feedback provided by CustomerCustomer or Users relating to the operation of DELIVERAIN’s or its Affiliates’ services.
