LICENSE FEE; PAYMENT. A. Upon the execution of this Agreement, LICENSEE shall make an initial License Fee payment equal to the License Fee for the initial License Fee Period, prorated (if applicable) to reflect payment for the period from the Effective Date through the end of the initial billing period (as set forth in Paragraph 2.B, below) during the Term.
