LICENSE FROM SELLER TO BUYER. On the Closing Date, Seller hereby grants to Buyer, and Buyer hereby agrees to accept, to the extent Seller has the right to grant such, a nonexclusive, irrevocable, transferable, fully paid- up and royalty free, worldwide right and license, including the right to sublicense to others, to use, execute, modify, prepare derivatives of, distribute, display and reproduce the object code and source code for the software program IMR, in both its Dos and Unix versions, in the field of telecommunications.
