FOLLOWING THE EXPIRATION OF THE APPLICABLE MAINTENANCE AND DEPLOYMENT TERM, YOU MAY NO LONGER USE THE SOFTWARE TO DEPLOY NEW UNITS OF APPLICATIONS. Unless otherwise expressly provided, however, your Customers continue to have the right to use Applications (including the incorporated Software) and you have the right to use the SDK to maintain Applications (including the incorporated Software) supplied to them prior to the expiration of the term of the related Maintenance and Deployment Term. Any use of the Software beyond the scope of authorized licensing is subject to payment of additional license fees based upon the list price of the associated quantity of additional licenses utilized.
