Non-Permitted Uses. Without limiting any of the foregoing, you may not make any use of the Software in any manner not expressly permitted by this Agreement.

Non-Permitted Uses. The Owner shall conduct no residential or commercial activity without written consent of Marina. No advertising or soliciting is permitted on a boat in the Marina. The display of “FOR SALE” signs on the boat is permitted. No maintenance shall be performed in the rented space without the written consent of the Marina, except as such minor or routine maintenance as would be normally performed by an Owner. The Owner shall be responsible for the conduct of all guests or other invited on his boat or the premises of the Marina. No loud or offensive language, marijuana smoking or excessive use of alcohol is permitted.
Non-Permitted Uses. Unless enforcement of this provision is prohibited by applicable law, Exam Taker shall not modify, decompile, imitate, copy, emulate, translate, disassemble, decrypt, extract, or otherwise reverse engineer the SOFTWARE or attempt to create derivative works or disable any of the SOFTWARE’s licensing or control features. Exam Taker shall not attempt to circumvent, defeat, or disable any security feature of the SOFTWARE. Exam Taker shall not introduce any programs that contain viruses, worms, and/or Trojan horses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of the SOFTWARE or any of ExamSoft’s hosted applications/services. Exam Taker shall not use SOFTWARE in a ‘Virtual Machine’ environment (e.g. Virtual PC and VM Xxxx). Exam Taker is permitted to install and use the SOFTWARE on a dual-boot computer; however, Exam Taker must utilize the SOFTWARE on a single operating system. Exam Taker shall not re-boot the dual-boot computer to any operating system other than the operating system supporting the SOFTWARE at any time during the administration of any exam. Exam Taker shall not probe, scan, penetrate, or test the vulnerability of the SOFTWARE or any of ExamSoft’s hosted applications/services. Exam Taker shall also not breach the SOFTWARE’S security or authentication measures, or any of ExamSoft’s hosted applications/services, whether actively or passively. Exam Taker may not allow concurrent use of the SOFTWARE or allow access to another person. Rights granted to Exam Taker may not be transferred, rented, or leased to others, nor may the Exam Taker grant a security interest in such rights to another. Exam Taker shall not impersonate or misrepresent ExamSoft, an ExamSoft employee, another exam taker, or any other person or entity (including without limitation, by using email addresses associated with any of the foregoing).
Non-Permitted Uses. Assignee shall take such action as is from time to time necessary to permit only such uses on the Subject Property which conform to and are permitted by this Agreement. The Subject Property may not be used for the purposes set forth on Exhibit B, except by approval of the Mayor, who, from time to time may, at his or her discretion, seek the advice or consent of the City Council for such approval. Assignee may appeal an adverse determination by the Mayor to the City Council.

Tenant shall comply with all governmental laws, ordinances and regulations applicable to the Premises, and the requirements of any Board of Fire Underwriters or other similar body now or hereafter instituted; with any order, directive or certificate of occupancy issued pursuant to any law, ordinance or regulation by any public officer insofar as the same relates to or affects the condition, use or occupancy of the Premises, including but not limited to, requirements of structural changes related to or affected by Tenant’s acts, particular manner of occupancy or manner of use of the Premises, all at Tenant’s sole expense; provided, however, Landlord shall be responsible for making alterations or repairs to the Premises at its cost under the conditions described in Section 6.2.3 below. The judgment of any court of competent jurisdiction or the admission of Tenant in any action against Landlord, whether or not Tenant is a party to such action, shall be conclusive in establishing such violations between Landlord and Tenant.

Non-Permitted Uses. The following activities/uses are not permitted within Camp Brébeuf and by your rental: • Smoking - Camp Brébeuf is designated as a non-smoking location, as per City of Xxxxxxxx by-laws. • Hunting/Gaming – Hunting/Gaming is not permitted, unless an appropriate gaming license is obtained and approved by Camp Brébeuf. • Alcohol – Alcohol is not permitted, unless an appropriate license is obtained and approved by Camp Brébeuf. Camp Brébeuf is also bound by the Ontario Provincial legislation regarding underage drinking of alcohol and it is, therefore, not permitted. • Live Music – Bands/Live Music is not permitted, unless an appropriate license/noise exemption is obtained and approved by Camp Brébeuf. • Property Usage – The use of Camp Brébeuf and our recreational amenities pertains specifically to your rental agreement. All other areas and/or services not outlined in your rental agreement, are subject to additional charges. • Fireworks – fireworks are not permitted at Camp Brébeuf. • Activities – Activities which harass, discriminate or create an unsafe space for you, your guests, the staff and other visitors of Camp Brébeuf are not permitted and are subject to Staff having the right to suspend or discontinue your event/rental. Should you wish to obtain permits/licenses for your rental, you must make submission to C.Y.O. Camp Brébeuf 10 business days prior to your event for review and final approval. Camp Brébeuf reserves the right to shut down the rental or activities, even if a permit is obtained, if it is in the best interest of the property or surrounding community. Failure to comply will result in the loss of your deposit, shut down of your event, and potential law enforcement involvement.
