Common use of License Period Clause in Contracts

License Period. The VOD License Period for each VOD Included Program shall commence on its VOD Availability Date and shall expire on the date established by Licensor in its sole discretion; provided, that the VOD License Period for each Current Feature shall end no earlier than the earliest of (i) 60 days after its VOD Availability Date (ii) the date on which Licensor’s “standard” residential Video-On-Demand window for the Territory ends and (iii) the termination of this Agreement for any reason.

Notwithstanding the foregoing sentence, no VOD License Period hereunder shall expire after the termination of this Agreement for any reason.

The VOD License Period for each VOD Included Program shall commence on its VOD Availability Date and shall expire on the date established by Licensor in its sole discretion; provided, that the VOD License Period for each Current Feature shall end no earlier than the earliest of (i) 60 days after its latest date during the Avail Term that such Current Feature is authorized to be made available on a VOD Availability Date (ii) basis by any Other Distributor in the date on which Licensor’s “standard” residential Video-On-Demand window for the Territory ends and (iii) the termination of this Agreement for any reasonapplicable Territory.
