License, Permits and Safety Considerations. A. Licenses and Permits If the Contractor engages in Construction, it is responsible for and, in a timely manner consistent with its obligations hereunder, shall secure and maintain at its expense such permits, licenses, authorizations and approvals as are necessary for it to engage Construction under this Agreement.
