License; Permits; etc. Except for licenses, permits or authorizations previously obtained by the Borrower Partnership, no other material license, permit or authorization is necessary to own and operate the Borrower Partnership's business as such is presently conducted and neither the conduct of the Borrower Partnership's business nor any material portion thereof is dependent on the issuance or obtaining of any other license, permit or authorization.
