Common use of License Purchases Clause in Contracts

License Purchases. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed to be considered as an offer to sell a Software License or a Maintenance License to Customer. Customer shall purchase from and pay to iGrafx the applicable Software Prices or to Reseller the applicable reseller price for any Software License or Maintenance License purchased by Customer from iGrafx or Reseller.

License Purchases. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed to be considered as an offer to sell a Software License license or a Maintenance License any other licenses to CustomerLicensee. Customer Licensee shall purchase from and pay to iGrafx COREL the applicable Software Prices or to an Academic Reseller the applicable reseller price for any Software License or Maintenance License purchased by Customer Licensee from iGrafx COREL or an Academic Reseller.

License Purchases. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed to be considered as an offer to sell a Software License or a Maintenance License to Customer. Customer shall purchase from and pay to iGrafx (or the Reseller) the applicable Software Prices or to Reseller the applicable reseller price for any Software License or Maintenance License purchased by Customer from iGrafx or ResellerReseller as well as the price for any Maintenance License (including renewals) and for any other services purchased.
