License Key Sample Clauses
License Key. The Application Software may include an embedded security system which if provided must be used together with a license key. The license key may limit the use of the Application Software to the applicable Use Level and prevent a single User from using more than one workstation at the same time and is valid for a certain period of time following which the license key must be renewed. Customer is solely responsible for any cost or loss arising out of Customer’s failure or delay to renew the license key.
License Key. NCSS, LLC shall issue the Customer a license key by email or courier. The license key authorizes the Customer to use the software according to the terms of the purchase.
License Key. 6.1 You acknowledge that, if the Software Product is protected by a lock, the Software Product cannot be used except in conjunction with a valid software key code or a hardware key (hereinafter ‘License Key’) provided to You or to another person on Your behalf by or on behalf of Xxxxxxxxx Electric or its authorised reseller.
6.2 You agree that such License Key is to be used solely with the Software Product for which it is provided. While Xxxxxxxxx Electric may, in its sole discretion, provide You with the License Key prior to receipt from You of the applicable license fees (if any), You will remain obligated to pay such fees to Xxxxxxxxx Electric.
6.3 Any and all risk in the media on which the Software Product and License Key are provided passes to You upon delivery. In the event that the Software Product or License Key is lost, stolen or destroyed after delivery, Xxxxxxxxx Electric will not be required to replace the Software Product or License Key.
6.4 In the event of a lost, stolen or destroyed License Key, and if Xxxxxxxxx Electric agrees to replace the License Key, prior to Xxxxxxxxx Electric providing a replacement License Key to You, You must:
(i) provide a statutory declaration signed by You to Xxxxxxxxx Electric that confirms You have permanently lost or destroyed the Software Product or License Key that is to be replaced and that You have not retained the Software Product or License Key in any form nor included it with any other software or system owned, operated or controlled by You; and
(ii) comply with any other direction of Xxxxxxxxx Electric related to the replacement.
6.5 If the License Key is faulty, and provided that such fault is attributable to an act or omission by Xxxxxxxxx Electric, Xxxxxxxxx Electric will replace the License Key if the faulty License Key is returned within the warranty period specified by Xxxxxxxxx Electric. Subject to Section 9 “Warranties” below, if the faulty License Key is not returned within said warranty period, Xxxxxxxxx Electric will replace the License Key upon payment by You of an administration fee to be advised by Xxxxxxxxx Electric at the time.
6.6 When applicable as per Section 1 above, the License Key might be rendered unusable (with or without prior warning) upon expiry of the trial period or of the limited period of time for which the license was granted to You.

License Key cryptographically secured set of data in electronic form, individually assigned to a Licensee, specifying the number and type of the Software licenses held or subscribed to by the Licensee, required to launch the Software, and containing information making it possible to make use of the Software upon the terms and conditions of the License Agreement.
License Key. Upon acceptance of this XXXX, You will receive a License Key that will enable You to activate or operate the Software. You may not relicense, reproduce or distribute any License Key. Activation is mandatory and associates the use of the Software with a specific customer installation (server or servers). During activation, the Software will send information to Bizagi. This information includes the Software version, the License Key, language and Internet protocol address. By using the Software, You consent to the transmission of this information. You can activate the Software by Internet or offline.
License Key. Each copy of the Software licensed hereunder requires a license keycode. For each installation of the Software, eight (8) keycodes shall be provided. The license keycodes will be issued by SAP AG within four (4) weeks from the date of installation of the Software on each Designated Unit. The required form to receive the license keycodes from SAP AG must be completed by Licensee and faxed to SAP AG within the four (4) week period following installation of the Software. The applicable form and fax number will be included in each installation kit provided to Licensee upon delivery of the Software. Licensees that subsequently change Designated Units for Use of the licensed Software must be re-issued license keycodes for each respective copy of the licensed Software. Failure of Licensee to obtain necessary license keycodes for the licensed Software within four (4) weeks of installation of such Software, will cause the Software to have limited Named User access until such time as the license keycodes are issued.

License Key. The License Key obtained from SECURETEAM controls the number of clients using the Xxxxx.XXX Software in accordance with the Licensed Configuration. If any Software is rendered disabled for any reason, SECURETEAM may, at its sole discretion, issue the End User another License Key which will enable the End User to operate the Software on substitute computer hardware. In this event End User agrees not to use or transfer the Software that is on the original computer hardware, nor its License Key.
License Key. The Product may require a software license key that limits usage to that provided under the terms of the Agreement and this Product Order Form. Licensee must install and run license manager software provided with the Product at no additional cost. All AppSight Consoles must be connected to the license manager. • AppSight Black Box is the agent portion of the AppSight System. . All AppSight Systems include unlimited AppSight Black Boxes which may be installed on any computers of Customer or Customer’s customers. Customer may provide Customer’s customers the limited right to install and to use on behalf of Customer the AppSight Black Boxes (but not any other components of the AppSight System) but only for the sole purpose of providing information to Customer to support Customer’s own software applications, and in no event to support Customer’s customer’s own internal software applications. • Embedded Black Box. Customer may incorporate the AppSight Black Box into a Customer application, in which case, in addition to the licenses granted above, Customer is hereby granted a worldwide, nonexclusive, perpetual license to (a) incorporate the unmodified unaltered object code version of the AppSight Black Box into Customer’s designated application (“Customer Application”); (b) reproduce and distribute the AppSight Black Box as incorporated into the Customer Application; and (c) to use in unaltered form the BMC trademarks, service marks or marketing logos (the "BMC Trademarks") solely to promote the Customer Application, provided Customer obtains BMC’s prior written approval for each new usage. Customer shall ensure that any Customer Application incorporating the AppSight Black Box shall be governed by a license agreement which is at least as protective of BMC’s proprietary rights in the AppSight Black Box as of Customer’s proprietary rights in the Customer Application, but no less protective than this Agreement, including rights and restrictions related to end user's right to make backup and archival copies. In the event Customer incorporates the Black Box into Customer’s Application, Customer shall include in the startup screen, help and/or the about screens in the Customer Application, BMC’s logo and the following, “POWERED BY BMC’S APPSIGHT BLACK BOX TECHNOLOGY. ” Furthermore, Customer shall visually display the BMC name and the BMC product names and trademarks in the documentation for the Customer Application incorporating the AppSight Black Box, on Customer’s ...
