License Responsibility. 4-2-1 It is the responsibility of Educators to obtain and maintain through the Utah State Office of Education a current Utah Teaching License including the renewal of an expiring licensed. Failure to maintain requirements for licensure or certification and/or an expired license may be cause for disciplinary action, including immediate termination.
