Common use of License Responsibility Clause in Contracts

License Responsibility. 4-2-1 It is the responsibility of Educators to obtain and maintain through the Utah State Board of Education a current Utah Educator License including the renewal of an expiring license. Failure to maintain requirements for licensure or certification and/or an expired license may be cause for disciplinary action, including immediate termination.
