LICENSE STATUS. Commencing on the date that is 6 months following the Closing Date and continuing on every 6 month anniversary thereof, Borrower shall deliver to Agent an updated Schedule 5.21 reflecting thereon, as of the date of such delivery, the information described in Section 5.21.
