Common use of License to Adobe Clause in Contracts

License to Adobe. If you choose to submit your Developer Software to us, you grant us a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to (A) use, reproduce, and otherwise test your Developer Software for approval for distribution; and (B) publicly display, modify, sublicense, and distribute your Developer Software to End Users through Adobe Exchange or other channels approved by us.
