Common use of License to Copy Clause in Contracts

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, We hereby grant You a License to (i) make a reasonable number of additional copies of the Programs solely for archival, emergency back-up, testing, or disaster recovery purposes; and (ii) copy the Documentation as reasonably necessary to use the Programs.
