Common use of License to Copy Clause in Contracts

License to Copy. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, We hereby grant You a License to (i) make one (1) additional copy of the Program solely for archival, emergency back-up, testing, or disaster recovery purposes; and

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, We hereby grant You a License to (i) make one (1) of additional copy of the Program solely for archival, emergency back-up, testing, or disaster recovery purposes; andand (ii) copy the Documentation as reasonably necessary to use the Program.
