License to Editas. Subject to the rights granted under Section 4.2, Juno hereby grants to Editas under the Juno Collaboration IP a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, fully paid-up, royalty-free license (with right to sublicense through multiple tiers) to practice any methods and to make, use, sell, offer for sale and import any products in each case in the field of Genome Editing Technology.
