Common use of License to Improvement Manufacturing Patent Rights Clause in Contracts

License to Improvement Manufacturing Patent Rights. Subject to the provisions of these Global License Terms, Genzyme hereby grants Alnylam a non-transferable (except as provided in Section 13.1 of the Master Agreement (Assignment)), sublicensable (subject to Section 7.2.3 (Sublicensing Terms)), worldwide, non-exclusive license under the Improvement Manufacturing Patent Rights, to Manufacture (a) Alnylam Developed siRNA Products targeting any human gene; and (b) Global Licensed Products for Development and Commercialization in the Licensed Territory by Genzyme.
