License to Rentech and its Affiliates. MLP hereby grants, and will cause its Affiliates to grant, to Rentech and its Affiliates an irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive and non-transferable right and license to use, during the term of this Agreement, any intellectual property provided by MLP or its Affiliates to Rentech or its Affiliates, but only to the extent such use is necessary for the performance of the Services. Rentech agrees that Rentech and its Affiliates will utilize such intellectual property solely in connection with the performance of the Services.
