LICENSE TO YAHOO. Subject to the License-Related Terms, Microsoft hereby grants to Yahoo!, effective as of the Commencement Date, a worldwide, non-sublicensable (except as set forth in Section 2.5), non-exclusive license during the Term under any Microsoft Patents solely for Yahoo! to implement and use the services provided by Microsoft under the Search Agreement within the Field of Use and any Expanded Field of Use.
