License Upon Expiration. Upon expiration (but not upon earlier termination) of this Jounce Lead Co-Co Agreement in the ROW Territory (or any country(ies) therein), the license granted to Celgene in Section 6.1.1 shall, with respect to the ROW Territory (or such country(ies)), automatically convert to the applicable license set forth in Section 8.1.2.
