Common use of License Clause in Contracts

License. Sponsor hereby grants to Institution a perpetual, non-exclusive, nontransferable, paid-up license, without right to sublicense, to use Study Data (i) subject to the obligations set forth in section 3 “Confidentiality”, for internal, non-commercial research and for educational purposes, and (ii) for preparation of publications in accordance with Section 5 “Publication Rights”.

License. Sponsor hereby grants to Institution a perpetual, non-exclusive, nontransferable, paid-up license, without right to sublicense, to use Study Data (i) subject to the obligations set forth in section 3 “Confidentiality”, for internal, non-non- commercial research and for educational purposes, and (ii) for preparation of publications in accordance with Section 5 “Publication Rights”.

License. Sponsor hereby grants to Institution a perpetual, non-exclusive, nontransferable, paid-up license, without right to sublicense, to use Study Data solely (i) subject to the obligations set forth in section 3 “Confidentiality”, for internal, non-non- commercial research and for educational purposes, and (ii) for preparation of publications in accordance with Section 5 “Publication Rights”.

Sponsor hereby grants to Institution a perpetual, non-exclusive, nontransferable, paid-up license, without right to sublicense, to use Study Data (i) subject to the obligations set forth in section Section 3 “Confidentiality”, solely for internal, non-commercial research and for educational purposes, and (ii) for preparation of publications in accordance with Section 5 “Publication Rights”.

License. Sponsor hereby grants to Institution a perpetual, non-exclusive, nontransferable, paid-up license, without right to sublicense, to use Study Data Data, collected or created at Site, (i) subject to the obligations set forth in section 3 “Confidentiality”, for internal, non-non- commercial research and for educational purposes, and (ii) for preparation of publications in accordance with Section 5 “Publication Rights”.

License. Sponsor hereby grants to Institution a perpetual, non-non- exclusive, nontransferable, paid-paid- up license, without right to sublicense, to use Study Data Data, collected or created at Site, (i) subject to the obligations set forth in section 3 “Confidentiality”, for internal, non-commercial research and for educational purposes, and (ii) for preparation of publications in accordance with Section 5 “Publication Rights”.

License. Sponsor hereby grants to Institution a perpetual, non-exclusive, nontransferable, paid-up license, without right to sublicense, to use Study Data (i) subject to the obligations set forth in section 3 “Confidentiality”, for internal, non-commercial research and for educational academic purposes, and (ii) for preparation of publications in accordance with Section 5 “Study Transparency and Publication Rights”.

License. Sponsor hereby grants to Institution a perpetual, non-exclusive, nontransferable, paid-up license, without right to sublicense, to use Study Data Documentation (i) subject to the obligations set forth in section 3 “Confidentiality”, for internal, non-commercial research and for educational purposes, and (ii) for preparation of publications in accordance with Section 5 “Publication Rights”.

License. Sponsor hereby grants to Institution a perpetual, non-exclusive, nontransferable, paid-up license, without right to sublicense, to use Study Data (i) subject to the obligations set forth in section Section 3 “Confidentiality”, for internal, non-commercial research and for educational purposes, and (ii) for preparation of publications in accordance with Section 5 “Publication Rights”. Survival. This Section 1.3 “Medical Records and Study Data” shall survive termination or expiration of this Agreement.

License. Sponsor hereby grants to Institution a perpetual, non-exclusive, nontransferable, paid-up license, without right to sublicense, to use Study Data (i) subject to the obligations set forth in section 3 “Confidentiality”, for internal, non-commercial research, provided that Institution notifies Sponsor in writing of such research prior to the start of same, and for internal, non-commercial educational purposes, and (ii) for preparation of publications in accordance with Section 5 “Publication Rights”.

License. Sponsor hereby grants to Institution a perpetual, non-exclusive, nontransferablenon-transferable, paid-up license, without right to sublicense, to use Study Data (i) subject to the obligations set forth in section 3 “Confidentiality”, for internal, non-commercial research and for educational purposes, and (ii) for preparation of publications in accordance with Section 5 “Publication Rights”.
