Common use of Licensed Intellectual Property Rights Clause in Contracts

Licensed Intellectual Property Rights. Upon expiration and/or termination of this Agreement, LICENSEE will cease all use of the Licensed Proprietary Information for any purpose, and Sections 4.2 and 4.3 of this Agreement, pertaining to LICENSEE's obligation to not disclose to third parties any Licensed Proprietary Information shall survive the termination of this Agreement. LICENSEE shall also return to NINTENDO all writings, drawings, models, data and other materials and things in LICENSEE's possession or in the possession of any past or present employee, agent or contractor receiving the information through LICENSEE, which were received from NINTENDO constitute or relate to or disclose any Licensed Proprietary Information without making copies or otherwise retaining any such information.
