Common use of Licensed Material Clause in Contracts

Licensed Material. Licensed Material" shall mean the name "Nxx Xxxxxxx", copyrights and trademarks owned or controlled by Nxx and any and all names, symbols, emblems, designs, likenesses, photographs, images and visual representations of or relating to Nxx that are approved by Nxx in his sole and absolute discretion.
