Common use of Licensed Patents Clause in Contracts

Licensed Patents. The term "Licensed Patents" means (i) any United States or foreign applications filed by the Company which are based on the Licensed Know-How; (ii) any foreign patent applications based upon said United States patent applications; (iii) any additions, continuations, continuations-in-part, divisions, reissues or extensions based thereon; and (iv) any United States or foreign patent or other intellectual property rights obtained from any of said United States or foreign patent applications.

Licensed Patents. The term "Licensed Patents" means shall mean the following: (i) any the United States and foreign patent(s) and patent application(s) to the Products listed on Schedule 1.3 attached hereto; (ii) all future United States or foreign patent applications filed by related to the Company which are based on the Licensed Know-HowProducts and any patents arising therefrom; (iiiii) the rights, patents and patent applications, if any, in any foreign patent applications based upon said country or jurisdiction in the world corresponding to the United States patent applications; (iii) any additions, continuations, continuations-in-part, divisions, reissues or extensions based thereon; and (iv) any United States or foreign patent or other intellectual property rights obtained from any of said United States or foreign patent applications.and

Licensed Patents. The term "“Licensed Patents" ” means (i) any United States or foreign applications filed by the Company which are based on the Licensed Know-How; (ii) any foreign all patents and patent applications based upon said United States patent applications; owned or Controlled by Licensor or any of its Affiliates as of the Effective Date or during the Term that (iiia) relate to the audio field and/or (b) are necessary or useful for Licensee to practice the licenses granted to Licensee hereunder, including those described on Schedule A attached hereto, and any additionsreissues, reexaminations, divisional, extensions, continuations, continuations-in-continuations in part, divisions, reissues or extensions based thereon; and (iv) any United States renewals or foreign patent or other intellectual property rights obtained from any counterparts of said United States or foreign patent applicationsthe foregoing.

The term "Licensed Patents" means (i) any the ----------------- United States or Patents and patent applications and their corresponding foreign patents and patent applications filed by the Company which are based on relating to the Licensed Know-How; (ii) Products, together with any foreign patent applications based upon said United States patent applications; (iii) any additions, continuations, continuations-in-part, divisions, reissues or extensions based thereon; and (iv) any United States or foreign patent or other intellectual property rights obtained from any of said United States or foreign patent applicationscountry counterparts thereof.
