Common use of Licensed Patents Clause in Contracts

Licensed Patents. The term "Licensed Patents" shall mean the following: (i) the United States and foreign patent(s) and patent application(s) to the Products listed on Schedule 1.3 attached hereto; (ii) all future United States or foreign patent applications related to the Products and any patents arising therefrom; (iii) the rights, patents and patent applications, if any, in any country or jurisdiction in the world corresponding to the United States patent applications; and

Licensed Patents. The term "“Licensed Patents" shall mean the following: (i) the United States and foreign patent(s) and patent application(s) to the Products listed on Schedule 1.3 attached hereto; (ii) ” means all future United States or foreign patent applications related to the Products and any patents arising therefrom; (iii) the rights, patents and patent applications, if any, in applications owned or Controlled by Licensor or any country of its Affiliates as of the Effective Date or jurisdiction in during the world corresponding Term that (a) relate to the United States patent applications; andaudio field and/or (b) are necessary or useful for Licensee to practice the licenses granted to Licensee hereunder, including those described on Schedule A attached hereto, and any reissues, reexaminations, divisional, extensions, continuations, continuations in part, renewals or foreign counterparts of the foregoing.

Licensed Patents. The term "“Licensed Patents" shall mean the following: (i) the United States and foreign patent(s) and patent application(s) to the Products listed on Schedule 1.3 attached hereto; (ii) all future United States or foreign patent applications related to the Products and any patents arising therefrom; (iii) the rights, patents and patent applications, if any, in any country or jurisdiction in the world corresponding to the United States patent applications; and” means:

Licensed Patents. The term "Licensed Patents" shall mean the following: means (i) the any United States and or foreign patent(s) and patent application(s) to applications filed by the Products listed Company which are based on Schedule 1.3 attached heretothe Licensed Know-How; (ii) all future any foreign patent applications based upon said United States patent applications; (iii) any additions, continuations, continuations-in-part, divisions, reissues or extensions based thereon; and (iv) any United States or foreign patent applications related to the Products and or other intellectual property rights obtained from any patents arising therefrom; (iii) the rights, patents and of said United States or foreign patent applications, if any, in any country or jurisdiction in the world corresponding to the United States patent applications; and.

Licensed Patents. The term "“Licensed Patents" shall mean the following: ” means (i) the any United States and or foreign patent(s) and patent application(s) to applications filed by the Products listed Company which are based on Schedule 1.3 attached heretothe Licensed Know-How; (ii) all future any foreign patent applications based upon said United States patent applications; (iii) any additions, continuations, continuations-in-part, divisions, reissues or extensions based thereon; and (iv) any United States or foreign patent applications related to the Products and or other intellectual property rights obtained from any patents arising therefrom; (iii) the rights, patents and of said United States or foreign patent applications, if any, in any country or jurisdiction in the world corresponding to the United States patent applications; and.

Licensed Patents. The term "Licensed Patents" shall mean means the following: (i) the ----------------- United States and foreign patent(s) Patents and patent application(s) to the Products listed on Schedule 1.3 attached hereto; (ii) all future United States or applications and their corresponding foreign patent applications related to the Products and any patents arising therefrom; (iii) the rights, patents and patent applications, if any, in any country or jurisdiction in the world corresponding applications relating to the United States patent applications; andLicensed Products, together with any continuations, divisions, reissues or foreign country counterparts thereof.
