Licensed Professional Proposals to Site Councils. 1. Licensed professionals may submit proposals for Site Council programs to Site Councils. The Site Council will review the proposal, determine the level of support for the proposal and ask for additional information, if necessary. 2. The Site Council will inform the licensed professional whether the proposal has been accepted or rejected. If the proposal is rejected, the Site Council will provide the reasons and after reviewing the reasons, the requesting party or parties may resubmit the proposal to the Site Council for re-consideration.
