Common use of Licensed Software Orders Clause in Contracts

Licensed Software Orders. McDATA will order Keys to the Licensed Software by submitting written purchase orders to BROCADE by facsimile, e-mail or nationally-recognized overnight delivery service. All orders shall reference this Agreement, state the quantities ordered, and provide the [*] of the CPU board(s) for which McDATA seeks to activate the Licensed Software. All such orders are subject to acceptance by BROCADE. BROCADE shall accept or reject any such purchase orders in writing within [*] days of receipt of such purchase orders by BROCADE. All such purchase orders shall be governed by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
