Licensed Stationary Plant Operator. (Second Class) NOTE: In addition to the above, it is agreed that where an individual is assigned as a leader of a shift and is considered in charge, the Company will pay one dollar and eighty-four cents ($1.84) per hour worked in addition to their normal rate of pay for such additional responsibility.
