Common use of Licensed Trademarks License Clause in Contracts

Licensed Trademarks License. In each Software Title, FPU, DFU, Demo Version and Marketing Materials, EA shall incorporate the Licensed Trademarks and include credit and acknowledgement to Microsoft as set forth in the Branding Specifications. Microsoft grants to EA a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the Licensed Trademarks on FPUs, DFUs, Demo Versions and Marketing Materials according to the Durango Publisher Guide and other conditions herein, and solely in connection with marketing, sale, and distribution in the approved Sales Territories.
