Licensee Contact. Licensee shall notify ISx of Licensee’s designated Licensee Contact. To the maximum extent practicable, Licensee’s communications with ISx will be through the Licensee Contact.

Licensee Contact. Licensor will promptly notify (but in no event more than twenty-four (24) hours after confirmation of the occurrence) the designated Licensee security contact by telephone and subsequently via written letter of any suspected and potential or actual security attacks or incidents, whether directed from internally or externally. The notice shall include the approximate date and time of the occurrence and a summary of the relevant facts, including a description of measures being taken to address the occurrence. A security incident includes instances in which internal personnel access systems in excess of their authorized user rights or use the systems inappropriately for the purpose of committing theft or fraud or otherwise compromising Licensee’s Confidential Information. Licensor will notify Licensee of each and every security incident involving Licensee’s Confidential Information.
