Program Protection. 3.3.4.3.1 Anti-Tamper (AT) Protection 3.4.3.1 apply. The Contractor shall document their anti-tamper implementation approach in the AT Plan (CDRL A027). The AT Plan shall be developed in accordance with the latest version of the AT Plan Template and the Anti-Tamper (AT) Technical Implementation Guide (TIG) (Attachment 11) as of the date of this contract. The Contractor shall document their key management approach in the Anti-Tamper Key Management Plan (CDRL A028). The Contractor shall implement, as part of the MK 48 MOD 7 APB6/TI-1 system, AT technology for the purpose of protecting the identified R-CPI. The Contractor shall utilize the approved AT Plan (CDRL A027) in implementing AT technology. The Contractor shall utilize the approved AT Plan (CDRL A027) to develop Verification and Validation (V&V) methods for the AT technology implemented in the MK 48 MOD 7 APB6/TI-1 system, and submit the AT Verification and Validation Plan (CDRL A029) and AT Verification and Validation Test Procedure (CDRL A075). In developing the AT V&V Plan, the Contractor shall provide description and justification that the V&V methods proposed in the AT V&V Plan quantitatively measures and positively confirms the AT technology effectiveness. The AT V&V Test Procedure shall include detailed step by step instructions to perform the tests documented in the AT V&V Test Plan. The Contractor shall perform V&V tasking utilizing the approved AT V&V Plan (CDRL A029) and AT Verification and Validation Procedure (A075) to confirm that the AT solution is complete. The Contractor shall permit Government witness of the V&V testing. After the V&V tasking completion, the Contractor shall submit an AT Verification and Validation Report (CDRL A030). The AT V&V Report shall document all task and test results identified in the AT V&V Plan (CDRL A029).
