Common use of Licensee Delay Clause in Contracts

Licensee Delay. If HSI’s performance of its obligations under the Order Form is prevented or delayed by any act or omission of Licensee, HSI shall not be deemed in breach of its obligations under the Order Form or otherwise liable for any costs, charges or losses sustained or incurred by Licensee as a result of such prevention or delay.
