License Duration. The duration of your license to a Product will be for a perpetual or limited term, as specified on an order. Subject to the terms of this Agreement and the applicable order, (a) if a “Perpetual” interval is specified for a Product, you will receive a license to that Product in perpetuity; and (b) if a “License Term” is specified on an order, you will receive a license to the Products listed on that order for the period specified on the order, commencing on the date of delivery of those Products.

License Duration. The temporary right and license which may be granted pursuant to this Section shall continue until AM notifies Cytogen that it is capable and willing to resume the supply and delivery to Cytogen of its requirements of such Agent (the "Notification"). Upon the expiration of any temporary right and license which may be granted pursuant to this Article 4, Cytogen and the manufacturer used by Cytogen shall return the Manufacturing Technology to AM or otherwise dispose of such Manufacturing Technology as instructed by AM and AM shall resume supplying such Agent pursuant to Article 3. The obligation of Cytogen to make the royalty payments pursuant to Section 10.1 of the Marketing Agreement shall continue notwithstanding any grant to Cytogen of the right and license to manufacture any Agent set forth in this Article 4.
License Duration. Licensee shall have a perpetual license for the ---------------- number of copies of AvantGo Server Software and AvantGo Client Software deployed by Licensee during the Amendment Term. At the end of the Amendment Term, Licensee shall deliver to AvantGo documentation sufficient to evidence the total number of AvantGo Server Software and AvantGo Client Software applications deployed on the last day of this Amendment, including the serial numbers of the AvantGo Server applications and a list of end users utilizing the AvantGo Client in accordance with this Amendment. The AvantGo Client software may thereafter be transferred to handheld devices of other end users so long as the number of copies deployed does not exceed the number deployed on the last day of this Amendment Licensee is not required to return the AvantGo Server Software or AvantGo Client Software at any time.
License Duration. This limited license is granted for the duration of the 2019 Festival or as otherwise specified in this Agreement. All rights and privileges granted to each party by this limited license shall immediately expire on the date of expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement.

The license period shall be in effect from the time LICENSEE accesses the SOFTWARE, thereby accepting the terms and conditions of this AGREEMENT, or otherwise expressly accepts the terms and conditions of this AGREEMENT, and shall remain in effect for a term of thirty (30) days or such other time as agreed by LICENSOR and LICENSEE in writing, or until LICENSOR revokes access to the SOFTWARE, whichever is earlier (hereinafter the "LICENSE PERIOD"). This AGREEMENT and the LICENSE granted herein shall terminate upon the expiration of the LICENSE PERIOD or such earlier date as LICENSOR may provide LICENSEE. LICENSOR reserves the right to terminate this AGREEMENT at any time upon written notice to LICENSEE. LICENSEE may terminate this AGREEMENT by ceasing use of the SOFTWARE and any derivative works in addition to deleting any CONTENT is LICENSEE’s possession. This AGREEMENT will otherwise terminate upon the conditions outlined in this AGREEMENT or if LICENSEE fails to comply with any term or condition of this AGREEMENT, including failure to pay any applicable license fee. LICENSOR will not be liable for any costs, expenses, or damages incurred by LICENSEE as a result of LICENSOR’S termination of this AGREEMENT.
