Licensee Discretion Paramount. In accordance with Licensee's responsibility under the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, and the Rules and Regulations of the Federal Communications Commission, Licensee reserves the right to reject or terminate any advertising or programming being presented over the Stations which is in conflict with Station policy or which in Licensee's sole but reasonable judgment would not serve the public interest.
