Licensee Discretion Paramount. In accordance with the Licensee's responsibility under the Communications Act and the rules and regulations of the FCC, Licensee reserves the right to reject or terminate any programming (including advertising) proposed to be presented or being presented over the Stations which is in conflict with station policy or which in Licensee's or its general manager's reasonable judgment would not serve the public interest. In any case where questions of policy or interpretation arise, Time Broker should submit the same to Licensee for decision before making any commitments in connection therewith.
