This Agreement may be terminated by Licensor, in its sole discretion, if Licensee becomes subject to or otherwise involved in any claim or lawsuit of the kind set forth in Paragraph 10 herein, which in the sole judgment of Licensor materially interferes with Licensee’s ability to perform its duties and obligations hereunder or xxxxx the reputation of Licensor or the Property.
