LICENSEE NOT TO COMMIT NUISANCE ETC. The Licensee must not: (a) carry on or permit to be carried on at the Premises any noxious, nuisance or offensive trade or business; or (b) carry on or permit to be carried on at the Premises any act, matter or thing which results in nuisance damage or disturbance to the Licensor or owners or occupiers of adjoining or neighbouring lands or buildings; or (c) use the Premises for any illegal activity.
