No Smoking Policy. There will be no smoking allowed anywhere in the premises by anyone. It will be Tenant’s responsibility to convey to and enforce this policy by its employees, agents and all other invitees.
No Smoking Policy. The College and the Association agree that there will be no smoking by any Employee in any campus building, consistent with the College's and the State of Ohio's No Smoking Policy.

The No-Smoking Policy and rules extend to, but are not limited to, the following: apartments, building interiors and hallways, common areas, management and leasing offices, and all other spaces in the interior of the Community.
