Common use of Licensee Patent Rights Clause in Contracts

Licensee Patent Rights. Licensee shall have the sole right to apply for extension of term for any Patent Rights for any Licensee Improvements in any country and/or region for any product, including, without limitation, any Product in the Field, at Licensee’s sole cost and expense.
