Common use of Licensee Removal Clause in Contracts

Licensee Removal. Licensee may, at any time, remove its Attachment(s) from any City Facility, provided it gives the City at least fourteen (14) days prior written notice. Provided, the City may require Licensee to leave in place any conduit, innerduct or similar Communications Equipment within a City Conduit in order to prevent damage to City Facilities. After removal, Licensee shall restore the City Facilities to their condition immediately prior to the date such Attachments were made, excepting normal wear and tear.
